Terms of the Zero Deposit Visa Processing Scheme

1I am required to pay a non-refundable application/documentation fee of ₦20,000 before my application is submitted.

2The visa processing will commence upon submission of all required documents and information.

3Upon successful approval and issuance of my China Business Visa, I undertake to pay the agreed visa processing fee immediately before collection of my visa and travel documents.

4I acknowledge that failure to make payment after visa approval constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action for recovery of costs and damages.

5I certify that all information provided by me is true and correct.

6I understand that visa approval remains at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authorities.

7I agree to cooperate fully throughout the application process and provide any additional documents requested.
